Timing sheets

Print a sheet before the games and write the times down as they happen, while you are still standing on the circle. Reconstructing a time afterwards is how records get lost.

Loading the event list…

Running the whole night? Take this one

Every event and every division on a single side of paper, so you are not flipping pages on the circle with a stopwatch in your other hand. Less room to write, but you only carry one sheet.

Or one event at a time

A full sheet per event, with more room to write and space for clubber names.

    How to use them

    1. Print your sheet before the games start.
    2. Fill in your church, your town and the date at the top.
    3. Write each time in as it happens. Do not wait until the end.
    4. Both adults sign at the bottom. The board will not take a time without two names.
    5. Type the times in at the submission form when you get home.

    Clubber names are optional

The record belongs to the church, so you can leave that column empty. If you do write names in, first names alone are enough — the site never shows more than a first name and a last initial.
