How it works
The floor, the clock and the divisions are the same for every event. What changes per event is on that event’s tab.
Two timers, always
Awana’s own rules state that a time kept by fewer than two timers is not official. This board requires the same: two adults on every record, the one running the clock and one watching the attempt. Both names go on the submission.
Times are kept to the hundredth of a second. A disqualified attempt has no time, so please do not submit one.
The game circle
Every event runs on the same floor: a circle inside a square, a team line on each of the four sides, and a diagonal to each corner.

Divisions
- Girls, Boys, Coed — set per event. Only the Beanbag Relay runs a Coed heat.
- All ages — events whose heats mix 3rd–4th and 5th–6th graders on one team.
- Grades 3–4 and 5–6 — events run separately by grade band. The Sprint Race is 3rd–4th only and the Marathon Race is 5th–6th only.
A clubber runs in the grade they are actually in. Playing down a grade voids the record.

Awana runs ten events. Four-way Tug and Balloon Volley are scored rather than timed, so they hold no records and are not listed here.
